On September 30 and October 1, 2021, the Congolese CAC, a newly established body in the country, carried out its first session of accountability for cases of acute flaccid paralysis (AFP) and serious AEFI recorded during the vaccination campaign of children from 0 to 5 years old with the Novel Oral Polio Vaccine type 2 (nOPV2).
